Deb was a Light Rail Operator and assumed she’d be working until she was 80. Until an injury sidelined her. Five surgeries on her shoulder and collarbone later, she’s on SSDI. She had side hustles doing errands for the elderly to cover her grocery bill until COVID-19 hit and she couldn’t visit her clients to pick up their clothing that needed servicing. Even though she is super stressed, she knows God has a plan for her. IFCS is a blessing and she never thought she’d be needing its services, especially since she to donate food and clothing here! She feels truly blessed and has a positive attitude towards the future. This was her first visit to IFCS and she left in tears of joy.
