Utility Bill Payment Assistance
For the IFCS Utility Bill Payment Assistance Program, we have a service area of select cities/counties:
- Western Arapahoe County: Centennial, Englewood, Glendale, Greenwood Village, Littleton, Sheridan and unincorporated areas of Arapahoe County along the I-25 corridor.
- Southwest Denver Neighborhoods: Bear Valley, College View, Fort Logan, Harvey Park, Harvey Park South, Marston, and South Platte.
- Northern Douglas County: Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and Lone Tree.
- Jefferson County: All addresses within the county will be considered.
Income qualifications are based on county of residence: use this chart to enter your county, then view income qualifications by household size. If you are eligible, complete the Utility Bill Interest Form below to request assistance.
Unfortunately, IFCS is unable to extend applications to households outside the above stated areas and income qualifications. (If you are not eligible for IFCS assistance, we encourage you to visit the Energy Outreach Colorado Website to search for agencies processing applications.)
The Utility Bill Interest Form is paused due to holiday scheduling, and will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2026. Please check back then.
Due to lack of funding, IFCS is unable to provide Utility Assistance at this time. The program will reopen on October 1, 2025.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
To find utility assistance programs in your area, we encourage you to contact the 2-1-1 Mile High United Way Help Desk to connect with other nonprofits and government agencies. We also invite you to review our list of additional resources.
