Through our partnership with South Suburban Parks & Recreation and Englewood Recreation Center, IFCS offers opportunities for wellness. Qualified low-income residents may access a range of services and programs created to support active, healthy, and engaged lives.
Request No-Cost Recreation Center Passes

IFCS Recreation Center Passes are available to qualified low-income members of the South Suburban Parks and Recreation District and Englewood Recreation Center. The IFCS issued pass allows individuals in the centers’ service areas to utilize eligible programs and services at no-cost.
- All interested applications must complete an interest form by clicking the link below. This will determine if you meet the requirements of the application. If an applicant is requesting a renewal, be sure to specify that on the interest form (Please note, the interest form is NOT the application).
- If an applicant meets requirements, they will receive a response via email or a phone call and need to complete a full application through one of these methods:
- DocuSign application emailed or texted to the contact information provided on the interest form.
- In-person at the IFCS office Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Paper application sent via USPS mail to the address provided on the interest form
- Once a completed application has been received, it can take up to two weeks for the application to be reviewed and a response will be sent via email or phone call.
Vouchers for recreational activities are available to households meeting these criteria:
- Residence within South Suburban Parks and Recreation District and Englewood Parks and Recreation District (Englewood & Malley Recreation Centers)
- Monthly income within 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
