IFCS | A Denver Area Food Bank and More to Nourish Lives

THANK YOU VOLUNTEERS!

IFCS: A Denver Area Food Bank and More To Nourish Lives

Our Ready, Set, School Distribution was a great success, held the end of July, 2023 in IFCS’ lower parking lot.

Thanks to our generous student sponsors, food/program supporters, and volunteers, we were able to support 133 families and give 256 children a great start to the 2023-24 school year!

Special Thanks to these Volunteers:

  • Barb and Janet for organizing backpacks
  • Service Learning Camps, LLC for creating produce bags
  • Food Market volunteers for assembling 1st week of school snack bags
  • Empower and Colorado Youth for a Change for distributing backpacks in the hot sun

We hope to see you next year for our 2024 Ready, Set, School distribution event: Late July

Thanks to Tara Magaña for sharing her photos of the day!
